Ormiga Design is part of Ormiga Creative, a branding/identity + illustration + motion graphics studio in Toronto.


Ormiga (Spanish for ant —although in Spanish there's an H in front of the o—) cares about Nature, animals and wildlife, which is one of the reasons I started this shop. I wanted to give back by creating designs I'd be proud of. The shop donates 10% of all profits from the Endangered Species Collection to different organizations that work towards the preservation of endangered/threated or vulnerable species.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5- 8 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

If you live in Canada, use the Canada Post postal code search to make sure it's correct.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our products and we hope everything fits you nicely. To make sure the sizing is correct and you won't have any issues when your item arrives, please be sure to check the size guides for each product and then check exactly what size you are by checking our blog entry on sizing and measurements.

Because our business model is specially made for orders, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at!

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer: 

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
  • Standard: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally


Getting the right size can be challenging, especially when there are so many different sizes for clothing. All sizes are listed on the page for each product on our store. 

Pro Tip: When you are thinking of purchasing a shirt or any top, you want to measure from the top part of the garment (highest point is the side of the neckline) all the way to the bottom of the garment. That will give you the length. To figure out the width, you want to measure from under the sleeve from one side to the other to figure out what the total width is. Taxes & Customs

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
