Returns
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@ormigadesign.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@ormigadesign.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ormigadesign.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns, send us an email at info@ormigadesign.com.
Shipping
Because Ormiga Design works with products that are specially made for orders, we won't accept returns except if there is a problem with your order.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@ormigadesign.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
You won't need to return any damaged items to us. For any other returns (if applicable), you will be responsible for shipping.
